For home, it's just right. Nice tool for many and various uses. I got it from Xtreme stores and I didn't expect such quality. It seems to withstand whatever you do. It also has a very large gap between the backrest and the seat, which can result in injury if you sit incorrectly. In a decline position, it is very difficult to do sit-ups. Overall, it is worth buying if you overlook these few things.
