Very satisfied with my experience with the inversion bench (especially this specific one). It is lightweight yet sturdy enough. It can be easily transported and folded, making it suitable for small spaces. However, the positive aspect, which I want to emphasize, is the decompression it provides for herniated discs. Incredible relief from situations of sciatica and lower back pain for those who suffer, like myself. I had experience with inversion boots, but the inversion bench is more effective and practical. I highly recommend purchasing it, without hesitation

Heavy and high-quality (although I have no point of comparison with another inversion table), folds to save space, does what it is intended for. Only small negative: the assembly instructions (as always) and the included tools in the package. Use your imagination and your own tools.
