The DD Audio VO-FR510 speaker is a round car woofer with a dual-cone design. Its ultra-lightweight auxiliary cone is attached to the voice coil former, enhancing off-axis response at higher frequencies. The cones are designed to blend frequencies smoothly, from bass to treble.

It has a paper cone, cloth surround and cast-aluminum basket. The voice coil measures 45 mm and features a vented Kapton former, CCA wire and heat-resistant solder coating. It also has a copper Faraday shorting ring.
