Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery in Akita Prefecture, Japan. The botanicals used to create this gin are dissolved for 7 days, ensuring that all the aroma flavors are fully brought out. They include Japanese Yuzu, juniper, licorice root, angelica, coriander, and matcha. After the final distillation, sweet water from the mountains is added, giving it a fresh taste. This gin has an intense citrus aroma, from lemon and yuzu.
