Organic premium pasta made from 100% single-varietal durum wheat. This robust and rich variety of wheat is grown in the sunny fields of Apulia in Sicily, before being perfected by the skilled pasta makers of the Italian company Felicetti.

Molded in traditional bronze dies, Monograno pasta offers a full and rich flavor with an excellent Al dente texture. When Monograno pasta is cooked, it releases a summer bouquet of hay, dried coconut, and strained cheese. Its ancient taste recalls bread, butter, and bamboo shoots.

The Fusilloni of Monograno Felicetti are a larger version of fusilli—cork-shaped and are the ideal choice for creamy or chunky sauces.
