The concentrated paste colors give marzipan and candy beautiful natural colors.

Instructions:

• Color in small amounts by spreading the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something similar.
• Knead well until the almond paste/fondant is fully colored.
• Add more paste color for a richer color.

Maximum usage dose: 7 g/kg.
