Easily and quickly create crunchy cookies with the FunCakes mix. Just add butter and egg to create a firm dough. The dough can be used for cookies or a crunchy pie crust.

The cookies have a nice uniform and flat shape, ideal for decorating with fondant or royal icing. The contents are 1 kg.

• Knead 500 g mix, 150 g (cream) butter and 1 egg (50 g) into a firm dough.
• Let the dough firm up in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
• Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C).
• Roll out the dough on a floured flat surface (thickness 3 mm), cut the cookies and bake them for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown.
• Suitable for about 25 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, dextrose (wheat), glucose syrup (dried), raising agent: E450, E500, flavoring (milk). May contain traces of: egg, soy, and lupin.
