  • The taste of alcohol is very strong. With a very small sip, it leaves aromas but compared to the classic one, it seems much inferior to me. The fact that it has no age statement makes me believe that it is a cheap, commercial version of the classic 12-year-old Cardhu.

  • Happy birthday my good friend, the little 12-year-old Single Malt Scot, now recently in 3 variations (the classic, the specific Gold Reserve, and the 200-year anniversary Wine Cask). A rich and balanced flavor, between spiciness, freshness, and aromas, according to my own tastes of course. And in terms of cost, especially, a very fair proposal.

P.S. the bottle is never thrown away, it is incredibly convenient (due to its cubic shape with a wide neck, it fills easily and doesn't tip over at all) for a multitude of uses, from oil to tsipouro...

Guys, I see these reviews and I think you are talking about a different Cardhu. Of course, it's been a long time since I drank Cardhu. Is it a different import? Or something else, because it used to be a very nice whiskey.

It reminded me of a very cheap and well-known whiskey. The smell of alcohol is very strong. I didn't like it.
