LorAnn concentrated bubble gum flavor is used in fondant, marzipan, chocolate, candy, cakes, cookies, and brownies. It is 3 to 4 times stronger than water- or alcohol-based flavors and does not lose its strength when exposed to high heat.
When substituting for extract, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon of flavoring for every 1 teaspoon of extract. The product is primarily water-soluble and can be used with chocolate. Avoid using plastic measuring spoons and plastic utensils, and wipe up spills promptly, as prolonged contact may damage plastic surfaces and countertops.
