It is excessively powerful to the point that I'm not sure if the settings even work. For example, the lowest is 200, the highest is 2000<.
At 200 the water simmers, at 300 it boils strongly, at 1500 it boils the same.
Maybe mine is slightly malfunctioning.
Also, if you use a very large pot that reaches the plastic dividing line, then that will burn or deform
