A really impressive bottle of whiskey. Although its real purpose I think is the base for a really nice cocktail, I enjoyed it straight. It was subtle, with aromatic flavours. At this limit of money I think there are better whiskeys to enjoy straight.

Smooth, balanced taste with depth. A versatile whisky for sipping or mixing. Apparently it was developed for cocktails, but I like it on the rocks or paired with ginger ale.

Blended but from selected malts... Same price -for now- as much inferior whiskies, e.g. Dimple...

Interesting blend, smooth and sweet but it has a lot of character.
On the nose, it is strongly fruity and slightly spicy. The taste follows the same notes, with a fruity sweetness and flavors of dried fruits and wood, with a slightly spicy finish.
Overall, it is a very easy-drinking whiskey, with a rich flavor. Personally, I find it excellent for its price (around 30 euros)

First time buying this specific product due to good reviews. Simply decent. With a few extra euros, you can get something better. By purchasing it, I satisfied my curiosity simply... I will prefer something different next time.

It is a decent whiskey, relatively smooth but without giving that extra something.

If you pour it into a glass and let it sit for about 20 minutes, adding 3-4 drops of water, then it becomes quite better.
Quite smooth, creamy, and with just the right amount of vanilla.

I am quite a fanatic about bourbon, the reason I had stopped drinking whiskey in general before was because all the scotches brought me a strong and quite undesirable alcohol taste that I couldn't stand at all. Until I discovered bourbon and everything changed in an instant!!! I decided to create a collection that includes all kinds of drinks and of course whiskey, even scotch. I bought drinks based on the comments I read, so I chose to buy this specific whiskey (monkey shoulder) unfortunately my suspicions were confirmed once again. I will drink it so it doesn't go to waste. Of course, it's not Johnny, meaning pure petrol. If I were to buy it again, I would do it just to have a scotch at home, since tastes vary.

A sweet whiskey, a whiskey for company because it can be consumed by people who are not whiskey lovers, I think it is one of the best choices for the money

Maybe it's because I tried it after Black Label, but it's very bitter, without any aromas and with a strong alcohol sensation. I don't know if it's worth its money, but I believe it's whiskey for hardcore drinkers.

For its price range of 25-30, I believe it's the best or in the top 3.

A whiskey that simply cannot exist.....and that's why it was created! Such a whiskey could never be the result of a distillery. Therefore, it couldn't be anything other than a blend. A blend of 3 historic distilleries and a master blender who decided to play a joke on us!
In my opinion, the ultimate whiskey for company, and especially ideal for couples, as men will find it "intoxicatingly" aromatic, and ladies will find it "enticingly" sweet. A must-have whiskey for the ultimate go-to everyday whiskey.
You can add up to two ice cubes to it without needing to confess to your spirit for the "sin". When and if you get used to its "sweet" alcoholic nose and manage not to drink it through your nose, pay special attention to the rose and black pepper in the aftertaste. Hold it for at least 3 minutes between sips.....and feel the peppers come back and settle on the tip of your tongue.

At this price, it is superior to many classics that are available, especially in supermarkets.
P.S. After finishing the bottle, I consider it a good whiskey.
However, for this amount of money, there are better options available, give or take 2 or 3 euros

I bought it for my wife, to have her own whiskey. At first, she didn't want it. The click happened when I compared it to an Ardbeg. As soon as she smelled the smokiness of Ardbeg and made a disgusted face, I suggested to her, without telling her, Monkey and emphasized the banana aroma of this particular one as well as caramel. That was it. She discovered the sweet flavors and the slight acidity of lemon in the taste and now she's going to empty the bottle for me. Neat and simple.

Awesome bottle, nice aroma and color, classic sweet Blend. If you want to introduce friends to whiskey, give them something heavy to try at first, a sip and then pass Monkey. It will seem sweet as a spoonful to them.

I will disagree with the above, it's just okay, it also leaves a bitter taste in the end, it has a moderate to strong flavor without feeling anything aromatic to break the alcohol. I don't know if it's worth 30€. It's drinkable, don't think the opposite, but personally, it doesn't click for me for this money!

Best whiskey for the money, I haven't found anything better. My favorite blended. Excellent for introducing friends, as it has a slight sweetness and doesn't have the demanding textures of the giants (e.g. Lagavulin)

Relatively sweet whiskey, but with a very rich flavor. For its price, it is an excellent, possibly the best possible, choice.

Sweet with fruity aromas and a creamy caramel aftertaste. Whiskey tribe is the best value for the price by far... I tend to agree!

It is a pretty good blended malt for its price, combining flavors from 3 different malts produced by distilleries owned by the William Grant & Sons group. This group also includes the distilleries of Kininvie, Balvenie, and Glenfiddich, which make up this particular blend. To me, it brings me closer to a lighter version of Balvenie 12 Doublewood. If there was a 10-year-old Balvenie, it would resemble something like that. In summary, we are talking about a value for money whisky from the cream of the Speyside region in Scotland!
