This oxidizing emulsion with hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of up to 40 volumes (12%) develops color when mixed with a dye cream for permanent color shades. For the bleaching process, it is mixed with bleaching powder.

Instructions for use: Mix the cream in a bowl with the dye cream or bleaching powder to form a uniform cream. Apply to hair.
