The 3-in-1 principle offers three cooking functions in a single device. This way, you can prepare delicious dishes even if your kitchen space is limited, use the oven function for a crispy result or the steam cooking function for gentle cooking. The combination function is the best choice for perfect cooking results.

DualSteam

Perfection for every taste: the Miele steam oven is the ideal complement to your oven and hobs, ensuring perfect cooking results. The quick preheating time, short cooking duration, and even steam distribution make food preparation easier for you – this is achieved thanks to the powerful external steam generator (3.3 kW) and the special position of the two DualSteam steam inlets.

Cooking with Combinations

Flexibility for the best cooking and baking results: combine wet and dry heat as you wish. For better results, adjust the temperature (30°C to 225°C) and moisture content (0% to 100%) with the combination function. These settings change up to 10 times consecutively. This way, your food is cooked just the way you like it.

Wireless roast thermometer

Is it still raw or is it too dry? With the built-in roast thermometer, you can measure the temperature at the center of the fish or meat to ensure it is cooked the way you want it. The remaining time indicator shows how much more time it will take for your roast to cook - so you can leave the kitchen if you want. The thermometer is incredibly easy to use and the food turns out juicy and delicious.

Timer Functions

Simply set the start and end time or the cooking duration and the food will be ready whenever you want. Cooking stops automatically when the scheduled cooking process is completed. The built-in timer is a convenient option for many occasions. Additionally, in case of a power outage, the set time is stored for up to 150 hours.

FlexiClip Telescopic Rails
