    Many people take 1500mg, this one states a 500mg daily dose. I believe that for people who are slightly overweight, it has no effect. I took it because I read that it helps with cholesterol and sugar. I am borderline and the difference shown in the tests after 2 months of use was insignificant. I started with 2 months at 1500 and will continue with 500. If someone watches their diet and exercises simply and normally (just a simple run), they don't need it. When I finish this product, I will get tested, stop for 3 months and get tested again. If there is no difference, it means that with diet and exercise everything can be fixed.
