The Menabo Omega crossbar system is compatible with vehicles that do not have factory longitudinal bars. The Omega bars attach directly to the vehicle's body using a specific mounting system for your car. It is easy to install a wide range of car accessories on the Omega bars, such as bike carriers, roof boxes, ski and snowboard racks, as well as kayak and canoe mounts.
It is important to note that the steel bars do not have a 20mm channel on top, which means that the T-mounting system cannot be used for attaching accessories unless your accessories include a channel mounting system. In this case, you will need to use the classic U-mounting system from the outside of the crossbar.
