The Menabo Omega crossbar system is compatible with vehicles that do not have factory long bars. The Omega bars attach directly to the vehicle's body using a specific mounting system for your car. You can easily install a wide range of car accessories on the Omega crossbars, such as bike racks, roof boxes, ski and snowboard racks, as well as mounts for canoes and kayaks. It is important to note that the steel bars do not have a 20mm channel on top, meaning T-slot mounting systems cannot be used to attach accessories unless your accessories include a channel mounting system. In this case, you will need to use the classic U mounting system from the outer side of the crossbar.
