I’m a loyal fan of this brand. After my original Remington finally gave out after 15 years, I tried a different brand and was disappointed. I ended up coming back to Remington, and I love this specific model so much that I’ve already bought three!

I liked it so much that I bought it as a gift for my sister and my niece first. After seeing how good it was, I realized I had to buy one for myself! :)

It smells a lot with every use.
The result is satisfactory but nothing special.
I have straight hair down to my waist, it doesn't look frizzy but it separates into strands as if it's greasy.

My hair gets frizzy, Remington are the only ones that straighten quickly and leave a beautiful shine. I replaced it with a previous model with a larger plate but even this one, for its price, is a very good choice.

Very good for its price! I had the Remington Wet2Straight which was equally good but it broke after 4 years and I got this one. Positive that it has wider plates than the one I had.

It is an amazing press. It never smelled even on the first use. The plates are wide and it takes less time. It is good that you can adjust the temperature as you wish. I am very satisfied, excellent product!

I had a more negative review, but I must change it. It straightens on the first try, at 230. It holds the straightness for at least 2 days, depending on the hair... with light pressure on the plates. It is definitely worth it, especially at this price!

It quickly straightens my curly hair after using a hairdryer, of course, the result lasts for three days for sure if there is no sweating, etc

It's really worth every last euro!! I've had it for many years and I bought it again to give it as a gift!! The best thing ever!!!

The only negative about all this is that it damages the hair quite a bit, (I straighten my hair almost every day) as a straightener it is a fair and quite good value for the money, the straightening lasts at least 3 days for me with some breakage, it heats up in a few minutes and when you straighten the hair I can say that it is not time-consuming (I have wavy and frizzy hair) if it breaks I will buy it again the only negative is that it destroys the hair especially if you straighten it on a daily basis like I do.

Heats up in 5 minutes and is ready to use. My hair is curly with thick hair that holds a lot of moisture, yet the straightening lasts 3-4 days. I am very satisfied, I highly recommend it!

The best company for straighteners! (For home use) It is the second time I buy, I have frizzy hair but they do not straighten easily, this one does an excellent job as soon as you press the button! I highly recommend it!

A classic straightener. If your hair is frizzy and you are looking for long-lasting straightening, I wouldn't say it does a great job.

The straightener is good for its price. It straightens very well and quickly due to its wide plates. However, when you want to make curls, the result is quite loose and it doesn't hold. I will try it again though.

After 3 months of use, including vacations, which means daily use, I have to say that it is very good for its price. Before this, I was using a straightener that cost over 90 euros, and I realized that the price of the product doesn't matter, but its features do. This specific one helps me straighten my hair, which is about shoulder length and thick and wavy, in about 30 minutes, and it lasts for 3 to 4 days (of course, with caution, I don't tie it with elastic bands, etc.). I am completely satisfied!

Excellent straightener. Especially if you have thick or long hair, it will straighten it literally in a few minutes because it has thick plates. I have changed about 6 or 7 straighteners since I started straightening my hair. I consider it the best by far! With all the others, my hair was permanently frizzy and the second day it was as if I hadn't straightened it. This one maintains the straightness and I haven't seen any frizz. Also, very low cost! Buy it yesterday!

The truth is that I had many doubts!!
Then I read some comments!! All positive!! And I thought, what do I have to lose?
Well then!! I didn't lose anything!! But I gained a good and affordable hair straightener!!! It's amazing!!! Don't look at other straighteners if you want an affordable one!! There are those that cost 60€ and break in a month!! I believe that whoever buys it will be satisfied!!

Very good straightener, honest for its price. Heats up in a few minutes and straightens with one pass. My hair remains straight until the next wash. I definitely recommend it.

Very good straightener! I have bought one for myself and another one for my daughter, so she doesn't take mine. It is fast and quite effective.

What I feel is that it doesn't bother the hair at all and straightens it with just one pass at 220 degrees, meaning you don't need to pass it again. The hair stays straight until the next day, and because it doesn't get damaged, it looks healthier and shinier.

It is the best straightener I have ever used, without exaggeration. I have had this particular one since high school until now, being a 3rd year student... After so many years of use, I will need to get the same one just for the cable, which tore due to my poor wrapping. It is worth it and more!

I have never written a review before, but I really felt that I should share my experience. Firstly, let me state the basics: I am a new mother, so automatically my time is very limited in order to get ready. Also, I have quite unruly hair that frizzes whenever it wants.

Well, in short, this straightener was a gift from God.
It heats up in a few seconds.
One pass is enough for each section and it makes them perfectly straight.
It lasts until the next day.

Of course, I should mention that it doesn't create curls like other thinner straighteners, but personally, it didn't concern me because I have a curling iron for that. Also, I'm not sure if it's convenient for very short hair because its plates are quite wide, but for medium-length hair and beyond, everyone should get it.

07/10/22 The best purchase of mine in a hair straightener. I used it today. Excellent. I have never straightened my hair easier. The result is salon straightening. I had a Babyliss for years, costing 65 euros. It straightened, but I had to pass it multiple times on each section. After years, it broke and I bought the Remington for 28 euros. When I saw it, I was disappointed, thinking it's a cheap one. And yet, the wide plates don't leave any section unstraightened.

I have had this straightener for 7 years and it hasn't had a single issue, despite me straightening my hair almost every day. I have even forgotten it in the rain while camping and it still worked perfectly afterwards. It straightens very well and the results last a long time. It makes my hair very smooth. Additionally, it heats up quickly

Very efficient device, the wide plates reduce straightening time by 1/3 compared to the old straightener I used - the straightening lasts and the hair does not burn because I use the appropriate products.

I have had it since high school and I am entering my third year. It is per-fect, it has not presented me with a single flaw and it works perfectly (until a year ago I used it almost every day). Very satisfied, it is worth its money.

It is perfect for curly hair, it straightens them completely even at 180 degrees instead of 230. It is the first time I managed to straighten my hair on my own. The plates move slightly for better contact (I imagine) close to the roots. But using it mainly at 230 degrees requires caution because it damages the hair. It doesn't require many passes, 1 or 2 are enough to not damage the hair. I would definitely buy it again!

I have this specific straightener for years and I am very satisfied with its results. I have damaged and thin hair, and it is difficult to maintain straightness. However, with this straightener, the straightening is very good and fast, even in humid conditions the hair remains straight when I do it. It is worth its money and more.
