Personally, I use the red setting because the orange one seemed simply lukewarm to me, and the powder didn’t mix as well. You don't need to turn it off, you can leave it permanently on the setting you want and it keeps the water warm all day.
The only thing you need to do is to renew the water in the container daily with fresh water, due to the accumulation of limescale.

Δεν χρειάζεται να το κλείνεις, το έχεις μόνιμα ανοιχτό στη σκάλα που θες και αυτό διατηρεί το νερό ζεστό όλη μέρα.
Το μόνο που χρειάζεται είναι να ανανεώνεις το νερό στο δοχείο καθημερινά με φρέσκο, λόγω συσσώρευσης αλάτων.
