The Omega cross bar system is compatible with cars that are not equipped with factory longitudinal bars. The Omega bars connect directly to the car's body, using a specific mounting system for your vehicle.
You can easily install a wide range of car accessories on the Omega cross bars, such as bike carriers, roof boxes, ski and snowboard racks, as well as kayak and canoe mounts. It's important to note that the steel bars do not have a 20mm channel on the top, meaning that the T-connection system cannot be used for attaching accessories unless your accessories include channel mount systems. In this case, you will need to use the classic U-connection system from the outside side of the cross bar.
