You will find what you are looking for on the internet. I put it on my hand or fingers and apply. Your hands and the area you apply need to be very clean. There is no need to rub it in. Just let it dry before you cover with clothes. It can cause a prickly discomfort where it is applied although this will pass. You can dilute it if it too strong for you. Try 70%. Pain relief is almost immediate. But there is much more to DMSO which is why I suggest you do your own research.
