Mercola Bondflex 450 Fc polyurethane adhesive sealant is a one-component product suitable for bonding, waterproofing and insulation in construction, metalworking and shipbuilding applications. It remains elastic and retains its properties at temperatures as low as −30 °C, and it can be painted.

It is used for elastic sealing in construction, bonding and sealing areas subject to vibration, as well as for automotive joints and membrane applications. It is suitable for alkaline surfaces such as cement and concrete, as well as metals, polyester and many plastics. It remains unaffected by fresh and seawater and alkalis.
