The preparation duration and cooling phases are automatically adjusted by software, detecting the room temperature and the density of the mixture. The complex software reads information from density and temperature sensors, automatically adjusting the thermodynamic system and the cooling and aeration motors.

The process is completely automatic and easy to use, with the only thing you need to do being to monitor the machine. The wide 1.7 L capacity bowl made of AISI 304 stainless steel is removable, allowing you to make ice cream for the whole family and friends!
