STEP 1: ACTIVATION AND CONNECTION
Fill the DUROMATIC® Comfort pressure cooker with your chosen ingredients and the required amount of water. Properly close the lid. Place the pressure cooker on the stove and press the blue Bluetooth button on the handle. Then, activate Bluetooth on your tablet or smartphone. Open the app and select the desired menu. Follow the instructions in the app. You will receive step-by-step guidance and information about the cooking process.
STEP 2: COOKING TIME
When the food starts boiling, the oxygen in the atmosphere is released through the valve. Once this is completed, pressure begins to build inside the cooker and the valve lifts. The two red rings that appear as the pressure increases correspond to settings 1 and 2.
The cooking time starts when the valve reaches the desired level. The app automatically recognizes the necessary cooking time. Adjust your stove's heat according to the app's instructions to maintain the correct pressure level.
If you are using a V-ZUG GuidedCooking stove, no adjustments are needed, as the burner adjusts automatically.
STEP 3: PRESSURE RELEASE
Once your food is ready, you will hear an audible signal.
However, before opening the pressure cooker, the pressure must first be released. The app will indicate the most suitable method for releasing steam, depending on the type of food you are cooking.
