  • Power

The more watts, the more power the wheel will have to cut even harder materials (e.g. thick steel) and the more endurance it will have to work for longer periods without problems.
    2. For example:
    - 500W: Suitable for polishing
    - 1000W: Suitable for grinding
    - 1000W and above: Suitable for cutting

  • Maximum Disc Diameter

From 115mm to 150mm, it satisfactorily covers most amateur and professional tasks. The cutting depth ranges from 30mm to 40mm. A smaller disc diameter means that the wheel will be more flexible for simple tasks (e.g. electrical, plumbing, or DIY projects).

From 180mm and above, it concerns industrial applications that require a larger cutting/sanding surface. The cutting depth is from 70mm and above.

  • Speed Setting

Helps with tasks that require less speed and more detail such as sanding, polishing, DIY projects.

  • Brushless

The advantage that brushless motors have over brushed ones is that they do not have friction since there are no carbon brushes. Without carbon brushes, the motors are more efficient and have a longer lifespan as there is no wear (the carbon brushes in brushed motors wear out with use). They produce less noise, maintain constant torque at all speeds, do not overheat, and require no maintenance.

  • Soft Start

Feature that controls the starting speed of the tool when it is activated, so that it does not start abruptly at maximum torque.

    1

The soft start function minimizes vibrations when starting the tool.

Description

Capabilities

Angle grinder by Fein with a power of 1500Watt and a cable length of 4 meters. It accepts discs with a diameter of up to 125mm, thus adequately covering most amateur and professional tasks as it can cut to a depth of up to 4 centimeters. Additionally, it has the ability to adjust the speed up to 9000rpm, thus helping with tasks that require less speed and more detail such as grinding, sharpening, and DIY constructions. Finally, it features a new technology brushless motor, which offers greater autonomy, longer lifespan, and reduces maintenance needs as well as spare parts supplies.

Brushless Motor without Carbon Brushes

Excellent durability thanks to the FEIN PowerDrive brushless motor with a fully enclosed motor housing and separately mounted motor electronics.

Smooth start

Comprehensive user protection provided by smooth start, restart protection, blockage monitoring, electronic overload protection, speed preselection, kickback monitoring, anti-vibration handle, and brake.
