Mercola Anchor chemical anchor is a two-component polyester-based resin designed for anchoring in concrete and masonry. It cures quickly, does not shrink, and has a mild odor. It does not sag on vertical surfaces or in overhead applications. Suitable for dry and wet holes, it can be used in solid and perforated bricks, as well as stone structures.
It can be applied with a standard manual cartridge gun and creates watertight fixings. It is used to secure reinforcing bars, threaded rods, anchor bolts, screws, and specialist fastening systems. ETAG 001 Option 7 approval covers applications in concrete, including wet conditions.
