Shiraz is at the heart of the Two Hands story, and the vineyard selections provide access to some of the country's finest Shiraz grape parcels. Each year, each of the 1,500 barrels is tasted in the quest for the best cuvee that represents Ares, the pinnacle of Shiraz production.
Its color is a deep purple, with characteristic aromas of blackberries and black plums, accented by notes of cedar, black pepper, spices, and clay. On the palate, it offers youthful flavors of dark fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, plum), exotic spices, vanilla, chocolate, and tobacco.
