Depending on the selected program, this process can take from 20 to 30 minutes, after which it is necessary to activate the cooling function while the beans are still in the device. After the coffee has been roasted, the beans release carbon dioxide, which can really mask the aroma of the coffee. Therefore, it is recommended to let the coffee beans rest for at least 48 hours to fully develop their flavor.
