    I haven't figured out if it contains a percentage of air, because it's not 100% helium. Small foil balloons don't fly, a classic rubber balloon will fly if you put a lot in it, but the next day when the helium is lost and the air remains inside (that's where I conclude from) because it stays inflated, the balloon doesn't fly. Wasted money for compressed air instead of helium.

    Also, I advise buyers to read the instructions and the chart of the quantities of balloons that the bottles inflate. The 50 balloons are latex 9'' while the classic balloons are 12-13'', so you inflate fewer.
