The dry white wine is produced by the monks of Mount Athos. It is an authentic monastic product of the Simonopetra Monastery. It is produced at an altitude of 300 meters in the property of Saint Nicholas known as "Donta". The vineyard of Donta is located on the slopes of Athos, where the grape varieties are cultivated with dedication to the centuries-old Athonite winemaking tradition.

It contains 12.5% alcohol by volume. Packaged in 750ml bottles.

This blessed wine combines multiple health-beneficial properties. It is known that white wines contain a phenol called caffeic acid, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce oxidative stress, while assisting in the prevention of kidney and cardiovascular diseases.
