    Mavrotragano

    Rare red variety from Santorini. It produces wines with deep color, intense tannins, high acidity, and concentrated aromas of black fruits, spices, and minerality.

    Mavrodafni

    It gives wines with rich aromas of dried fruits (plum, raisin), caramel, chocolate, and coffee. In dry vinifications (rarer), it can produce interesting wines with a character of black fruits and spices.

    Agiorgitiko

    It can produce from rosé and light red wines with aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, cherry), to dense, aged wines with aromas of plum jam, spices, and chocolate. The tannins are usually velvety.
