If you add water and blend it you can puree it but afterwards you will need to make sure you clean it thoroughly to avoid contamination issues. Some ninja blenders have a food processing attachment which will definitely allow you to do this without adding water but the cleaning issue will remain. Meat residue is notorious for creating bacteria-rich environments unless disinifected properly.
