As you can see in the photos, each scoop is 5g with a precision scale and not 4g as stated on the label. Based on what the label says, at 3g, the creatinine is 2.6g, the rest are sweeteners. So at 5g, 4.3g is creatinine. Therefore, the price of €18 for 430g is a good deal, which is €38/kg of creatinine. As for the result, I will know after a month of use because I have low levels, and the improvement will show in the next tests. Both the cherry and cola flavors are quite good. For me, the best solubility is 5g in 200ml of water; you can also use 150ml or 250ml, but with 200ml, you'll achieve the best solubility and taste.
Indeed, in the tests I did in both December 2024 and March 2025, my creatinine was within the normal range, while before, I was quite below the low limit. And this was with use 2 times (10g) a week.

Με βάση τα λεγόμενα της ετικέτας στα 3γρ. η κρεατινίνη είναι 2.6γρ. τα υπόλοιπα γλυκαντικές ουσίες. Οπότε στα 5 τα 4.3γρ είναι κρεατινίνη. Άρα είναι καλή τιμή τα 18€ για 430γρ δλδ 38€/Kg κρεατινίνης. Όσον αφορά το αποτέλεσμα θα ξέρω μετά από ένα μήνα χρήσης διότι έχω χαμηλή και θα φανεί η βελτίωση στις επόμενες εξετάσεις. Τόσο η γεύση του κερασιού όσο και της cola ? είναι αρκετά καλές. Για μένα η καλύτερη διαλυτότητα είναι 5γρ σε 200ml νερό, μπορείτε να βάλετε και 150ml και 250ml αλλά σε 200ml και διαλυτότητα και γεύση θα πετύχετε.
Όντως στις εξετάσεις που έκανα τόσο τον Δεκέμβριο του 24 όσο και τον Μάρτιο του 25 η κρεατινίνη μου ήταν στο μέσο των ορίων ενώ πριν ήμουν αρκετά κάτω από το χαμηλό όριο. Και αυτό με χρήση 2 φορές (10γρ) την εβδομάδα.

I took it out of the bag because I thought maybe the packaging was to blame, but it still smelled, so I ended up throwing it away. I didn't feel safe consuming it.
Δεν ήτανε κρυσταλλωμένη όπως πολλοί γράφουν , και η γεύση (unflavored) ήταν ιδια με κρεατίνη από μεγαλύτερες μάρκες , αλλά είχε μια ΠΟΛΥ έντονη χημική μυρωδιά σαν ασετόν , την έβγαλα από το σακουλάκι γιατί σκέφτηκα ότι μπορεί να φταίει η συσκευασία αλλά και πάλι μύριζε , με αποτέλεσμα να την πετάξω , δεν ένιωθα ασφάλεια να την καταναλώσω .
I chose it because it was better priced than the expensive ones, as I saw it had good reviews. I wasn't expecting anything amazing but to my surprise, it is better than the more expensive ones, e.g. ON Optimum Nutrition, both in terms of solubility and how it sits in the stomach. In terms of workout results, it does exactly what the others do without lacking in anything.
την επέλεξα λόγω καλύτερης τιμής από τις ακριβές, καθώς είδα ότι είχε καλές αξιολογήσεις. δε περίμενα κάτι τρομερό όμως προς έκπληξη μου, είναι καλύτερη από τις ακριβότερες, πχ της ON Optimum Nutrition τόσο σε διαλυτότητα όσο και στο πώς κάθεται στο στομάχι. από αποτέλεσμα στη γυμναστική κάνει ακριβώς ότι κάνουν οι άλλες χωρίς να χάνει σε κάτι.
I have been completely satisfied with the product. I am unable to find any difference compared to similar products from well-known brands. For those who write in the reviews that the powder crystallizes, you should know that it is not the fault of this particular product but rather the fact that the powder has come into contact with moisture. This would happen with any creatine powder.
Εχω μείνει απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος με το προϊόν. Αδυνατώ να εντοπίσω κάποια διαφορά σε σχέση με αντίστοιχα προϊόντα επωνύμων εταιρειών. Για όσους γράφουν στις κριτικές οτι η σκονη κρυσταλλωνει να γνωρίζεται οτι δεν ευθύνεται το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν αλλα το γεγονός οτι η σκονη έχει ερθει σε επαφή με υγρασια. Αυτο θα συνέβαινε με οποιαδήποτε σκονη κρεατινης.
