Application method: First, apply a coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat to your nails. Then, apply a coat of OPI I’m Dreaming Nail Lacquer, wait for it to dry, and apply a second coat. Don't forget to cover the free edge with color to prevent chipping. Finally, apply one more coat of OPI Top Coat.
