Preparation instructions:

• Preheating: Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven).
• Mixing: In a bowl, add the mix, eggs, and water. Beat on high speed for 7-8 minutes, then on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
• Baking: Pour the batter into a buttered mold (fill up to 2/3). Do not open the oven during baking. The cake is ready when it springs back to the touch. Remove from the oven immediately and let it cool on a wire rack.
