For application, it is preferable for the hair to be clean. Use lukewarm to warm water to open up the hair's cuticles, so the mask will absorb better. Apply a generous amount of product to damp hair, focusing from mid-length to the ends, and give a gentle massage. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes, and for best results, use a warm towel. Rinse with lukewarm to cool water to seal the hair cuticles and retain the nutrients.
