    Excellent 1000mg glutamine from a Greek company. It is the main food of enterocytes along with butyric acid. Personally, it helps me with irritable bowel (I take 2 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning, along with probiotics and butyric acid) to protect the gut from permanent medication. Although the tablet is relatively large, I do not find it difficult to swallow, I feel it slides down easily.
