Complete wheel repair and painting kit. This comprehensive kit for the repair, renovation, and painting of wheels includes high-quality products from AVEX.ro. The kit is DIY and can be used by anyone following the instructions included in the packaging.

The kit includes:

• 2 x 400 ml Champion spray paint
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear varnish spray
• 1 x special putty for aluminum rims
• 1 x set of thin gloves
• 1 x sandpaper set with different grits for surface correction before and after applying the putty
• 1 x roll of protective tape to protect the edge of the tire

Application instructions:

• Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
• Repair the holes in the wheels for correction and to create a rough surface for putty adhesion.
• Clean again or blow off any metal debris.
• Apply protective tape around the wheel, on the tire, to shield it from paint fumes.
• Apply the putty to the holes in the wheels using a spatula, a stick, or your fingers (use the gloves provided in the packaging).
• After about 10 minutes, once the putty has set, smooth the surface using fine sandpaper.
• If the putty does not cover all the holes, repeat the process as many times as necessary until all empty areas are filled.
• Once you finish the surface with correction sandpaper, finish with increasingly fine sandpaper to prepare the surface for painting.
• If you wish to paint the entire wheels, not just the damaged areas, prepare the entire surface of the wheel with fine sandpaper.
• Clean the surface of the wheel from any debris after sanding.
• Shake the spray paint for about 2 minutes to homogenize and apply it to the wheels with smooth and even motions.
• After it dries for about 10 - 20 minutes, you can apply the next layer of paint. 2 - 3 layers are recommended for optimal coverage.
• Finally, after applying the layers of paint and allowing them to dry, apply the clear varnish in the same manner as the paint layers.
• For a glossy finish, apply multiple layers of clear varnish, with drying breaks between applications. The application of clear varnish is optional; in some cases, the painted surface can be sufficiently shiny even without it.
