Complete set for repairing and painting wheels. This full kit for the repair, renovation, and painting of wheels includes high-quality products from AVEX. The kit is DIY and can be used by anyone following the instructions included in the packaging.

The set includes:

• 4 x 400 ml Champion spray paint
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear coat spray
• 1 x special filler for aluminum wheels
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers of various grits for surface correction before and after applying the filler
• 1 x roll of masking tape to protect the edge of the tire

Application instructions:

• Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
• Repair any dents in the wheels to correct them and create a rough surface for the filler to adhere.
• Clean again or blow off any remaining metal particles.
• Place the masking tape around the wheel, on the tire, to protect it from the paint vapors that will be applied.
• Apply the filler to the dents in the wheels with a spatula, stick, or your fingers (use the gloves provided in the packaging).
• After about 10 minutes, once the filler has hardened, finish the surface using fine grit sandpaper.
• If the applied filler does not cover all the dents, repeat the process as many times as necessary until all gaps are filled.
• After finishing the surface with correction sandpaper, finish with progressively finer sandpapers to prepare the surface for painting.
• If you want to paint the entire wheels and not just the worn areas, prepare the entire surface of the wheel with fine grit sandpaper.
• Clean the surface of the wheel from any remaining residues after sanding.
• Shake the spray paint for about 2 minutes for homogenization and apply it to the wheel by spraying smoothly and evenly.
• After 10 - 20 minutes, the next layer of paint can be applied. 2 - 3 layers are recommended for optimal coverage.
• Finally, after the paint layers have been applied and dried, apply the clear coat in the same manner as the paint layers.
• For a high gloss finish, apply several layers of clear coat, allowing drying time between applications. The application of clear coat is optional; in some cases, the surface of the paint is shiny enough even without it.
