Complete wheel repair and painting kit. The kit includes quality products from AVEX.ro for the repair, renovation, and painting of wheels. The kit is DIY and can be used by anyone following the instructions included in the packaging.

The kit includes:

• 4 x 400 ml Champion spray paint
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear coat spray
• 1 x special putty for aluminum wheels
• 1 x set of rubber gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers of various grits for surface correction before and after applying the putty
• 1 x roll of masking tape to protect the tire's edge.

Application instructions:

• Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
• Fill in the dents on the wheels for correction and create a rough surface for the putty to adhere.
• Clean again or blow off any resulting metal dust.
• Apply masking tape around the wheel, on the tire, to protect it from paint vapors.
• Apply the putty into the dents of the wheels with a spatula, wood, or fingers (use the gloves provided in the package) to fix any indentations or cracks in the wheel.
• After about 10 minutes, once the putty has hardened, finish the surface using fine grit sandpaper.
• If the applied putty does not cover all the indentations, repeat the process as many times as needed until all gaps are filled.
• After finishing the surface with the corrective sandpaper, gradually finish with finer sandpaper to prepare the surface for painting.
• If you wish to paint the entire wheels, not just the dents, prepare the whole surface of the wheel with fine sandpaper.
• Clean the surface of the wheel from any debris after sandblasting.
• Shake the spray paint for about 2 minutes for homogenization and apply it to the wheel by spraying smoothly and evenly.
• After about 10 - 20 minutes of drying, the next layer of paint can be applied. 2 - 3 layers are recommended for optimal coverage.
• Finally, after applying the layers of paint and allowing them to dry, apply the clear spray in the same manner as the paint layers.
• For a high gloss finish, apply several layers of clear spray, taking drying breaks between applications. The application of the clear spray is optional; in some cases, the surface of the paint is sufficiently shiny even without the application of clear spray.
