Wheel repair and painting kit set. It includes quality products from AVEX.ro and is suitable for DIY use. The kit includes:

• 2 x 400 ml Champion spray paint
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear finish spray
• 1 x special filler for aluminum rims
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpaper of various grits for surface correction
• 1 x roll of masking tape to protect the tire edge

Application instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
2. Fix the dents on the wheels to create a rough surface for the filler.
3. Clean again or remove metal residues.
4. Place the masking tape around the wheel for protection from paint overspray.
5. Apply the filler to the dents with a spatula or fingers (use gloves).
6. After about 10 minutes, when the filler hardens, sand the surface with sandpaper.
7. If the filler did not cover all the dents, repeat the process until all gaps are filled.
8. After correction, sand with finer sandpaper to prepare for painting.
9. Clean the wheel surface from residues after sanding.
10. Shake the spray paint for about 2 minutes and apply it to the wheels in smooth motions.
11. After drying for 10 - 20 minutes, you can apply the next coat.
12. Once the paint application is complete, apply the clear finish in the same manner.
13. For a glossy surface, apply multiple layers with breaks between applications.
