Complete rim repair and painting kit. It includes quality products from AVEX. The kit is DIY and can be used by anyone by following the instructions included in the packaging. The kit contains:

• 2 x 400 ml Champion spray paint
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear coat spray
• 1 x special putty for aluminum rims
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpaper of various grits for surface correction before and after applying the putty
• 1 x roll of cellophane to protect the tire edge

Application instructions:

1. Clean the rims thoroughly to remove dust or grease.
2. Treat the dents on the rims for correction and create a rough surface for the putty to stick.
3. Clean again or blow off any metallic residue.
4. Apply cellophane around the rim to protect the tire from paint fumes.
5. Apply the putty to the dents with a spatula, wood, or fingers (use the gloves included in the packaging).
6. After about 10 minutes, once the putty has hardened, finish the surface with fine sandpaper.
7. If the applied putty does not cover all the dents, repeat the process until all gaps are filled.
8. After finishing the surface with the correction sandpaper, finish with finer sandpaper to prepare the surface for painting.
9. If you want to paint the entire rim and not just the dented areas, prepare the entire surface of the rim with fine sandpaper.
10. Clean the surface of the rim from any polishing residue.
11. Shake the paint for about 2 minutes for homogenization and apply it to the rim with smooth and even motions.
12. After 10 - 20 minutes of drying time, you can apply the next layer of paint. 2 - 3 layers are recommended for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying the layers of paint and allowing them to dry, apply the clear coat in the same way as the paint layers.
14. For a high gloss, apply several layers of clear coat, allowing dry time breaks between applications. Applying the clear coat is optional.
