Commonly known as Dwarf Spear Leaf in the trade, this is one of the most popular aquarium plants available. These are excellent foreground plants that require minimal care.

Special attention must be given to the rhizome during planting: the thick root stem should not be covered with substrate. These small Anubia thrive best when attached to stones or driftwood.

They are often used with cichlids from Lakes Malawi and Tanganyika.
