My review is about the plumping serum and not the other product that they put reviews for here, I don't know why. So, the plumping is very good. It shines like all lip glosses, it has no color so it can be applied over matte lipstick to give shine, it doesn't stick, it doesn't burn, and additionally, it moisturizes the lips.
