It permanently bonds a wide range of materials, replacing screws, nails, studs, or other adhesives during the installation of walls and legs, panels, frames, decorative plates, decorative profiles, wooden strips, signage, etc.

APPLICATION METHOD:

  1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces from dust, dirt, rust, oil, and substances that reduce the adhesive's adhesion. If the substrate has irregularities, it should be sanded. One of the bonding surfaces must be absorbent for the adhesive to stick. The substrate must be stable. If necessary, adjacent surfaces should be protected with tape before application.
  2. Cut the end of the cartridge slightly above the spiral. The dispensing tip should be cut at an angle. Place the cartridge in a special gun.
  3. Apply the adhesive in lines or dots on the substrate or the material you want to bond. Do not apply the adhesive directly to the edges.
  4. Bond while the adhesive is still wet (about 15 minutes, depending on the absorbency of the substrate). After correctly positioning the item, press it tightly to achieve the desired bonding. When bonding materials that are under tension or heavy, they must be supported or immobilized for about 8-24 hours.
  5. Fresh stains should be cleaned immediately after application with a dry cloth, followed by acetone or varnish solvent. The cured material can only be removed mechanically.
  6. Depending on the surfaces to which the items are bonded, heavy objects may need to be supported for at least 24 hours.
