The 3x Pattex FIX Wood 385g set is a professional sealing adhesive made from a single punctured material, suitable for indoor use. It permanently bonds a wide range of materials, replacing screws, nails, spacers, or other adhesives when installing walls and stairs, panels, frames, decorative frames, profiles, wooden strips, door signs, etc.

Application method:

• Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded from dust, dirt, rust, oil, and substances that reduce adhesive bonding. If the base has irregularities, it should be leveled.
• One of the bonded surfaces must be absorbent to achieve bonding. The base must be stable. If necessary, protect adjoining areas with masking tape before application.
• Cut the end of the cartridge just above the thread. The supply end should be cut at an angle. Place the cartridge in a special gun.
• Apply the adhesive in lines or dots to the base or material to be bonded. Do not apply the adhesive directly to the edges.
• Bond while the adhesive is still wet (approximately 15 minutes, depending on the absorbency of the base). After properly positioning the object, press it firmly for proper bonding. When bonding under pressure or heavy materials, they should be supported or immobilized for about 8-24 hours.
• Fresh stains should be cleaned immediately after application with a dry towel, followed by acetone or paint thinner. The cured material can only be removed mechanically.
• Depending on the surfaces to which the items are bonded, it may be necessary to support heavy objects for at least 24 hours.
