The 6x Pattex FIX Wood 385g set is a professional, single-component adhesive solvent for indoor use. It creates permanent bonds on a wide range of materials, replacing screws, nails, spacers, or other adhesive agents when installing walls, baseboards, panels, frames, decorative plates, aesthetic profiles, wooden coverings, signs, etc.

Application method:

  • Clean the surfaces from dust, dirt, rust, oil, and substances that reduce adhesive bonding. If the substrate has irregularities, they must be smoothed out. One of the bonded surfaces must be absorbent.
  • Cut the tip of the cartridge just above the thread. The dispensing tip should be cut at an angle. Place the cartridge in a special gun.
  • Apply the adhesive in lines or dots onto the substrate or the material to be bonded. Do not apply glue directly to the edges.
  • Bond while the glue is still wet (about 15 minutes, depending on the absorbency of the substrate). After properly positioning the object, press it firmly for the correct bond.
  • For heavy materials, they should be supported or secured for about 8-24 hours.
  • Fresh stains should be cleaned immediately after application with a dry cloth and then with acetone or paint solvent. The hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
  • Depending on the surfaces to which the items are bonded, it may be necessary to support heavy objects for at least 24 hours.
