The Tunturi 14TUSRU186 armband is a digital heart rate sensor that monitors exercise intensity. Its built-in LED indicates your heart rate zone, and the sensor also functions as a step counter. It can be worn on the upper or lower arm and features an adjustable, breathable nylon fabric strap with a Velcro closure.

It connects via Bluetooth and ANT+ to fitness equipment, GPS smartwatches and bike computers. It is compatible with the Tunturi Routes, Tunturi Training, Kinomap, Zwift and Strava apps. Its water resistance allows use at depths of up to 1 m for up to 30 minutes.
