    It's good and I can't say that it doesn't help at least with digestion, but I have the impression that it causes me some bloating in the gut and causes flatulence because I tried it several times and after an entire box I always had the same symptoms. At least that's what it causes me personally, for some others it might not be the case. Anyway, for its price it does the job, mainly after meals.
