Five stars because, before I bought it, I saw many reviews saying that it doesn't make large ice cubes, etc. Well, I have to say that everything depends on how cold the water is that you put in at the start! If the water you put in is ice-cold, it will produce solid and strong, well-frozen ice cubes! If you don't have ice-cold water, the first and second batch of ice cubes, which are 9 each time, will be weak! What I do is, if I don't have ice-cold water to put in at that moment, I put the first and second batch of the small weak ice cubes back into the water container, so the water cools down, and as a result the next ice cubes are quite good! In fact, they last all day in the thermos! I am thrilled with the product because you don't need to wait for ice-cold cubes from the freezer that take hours to make; in half an hour it has made 27 ice cubes!
I have it and it works daily for 6-10 hours. It has not shown any issues, the ice cubes are small but satisfactory in size, and the production is quite fast. Compared to other higher-cost machines, I think it is very good value for money.
Nice machine, easy to use and the ice is a good size. The only thing I wished it had more of (and I made it DIY) is a timer so it turns on by itself in the morning so I can find ice ready when I go to the office, because I didn't want to have it on all day.
Overall, so far, very satisfactory.
Very small ice cubes! They melt in a short amount of time inside the storage bin. This particular ice maker is not worth it at all. It’s just right for kids.
The rating is based on needs!! I have after 2-3 hours of non-continuous operation, half a bag of ice (easily enough for 6-7-8 drinks) The ice cubes are half the size of the classic trays we put in the freezer but that absolutely doesn't matter (to me).. it's like having crushed ice in a way... I got it for casual use and with a little patience you gather ice to make your freddo every morning before work for 3-4 days! Of course it will also be used at the summer house where you may or may not find ice at the mini market, yes obviously there is also the solution of putting it on at night and having it in the morning, but this little gadget does the job.. I counted 9 ice cubes in 6-8' okay, fair for a coffee.. I recommend it to those who will enjoy it!!!
Ok. It makes ice cubes.
It has 2 size options. The small one is very small. The large one is a little smaller than ice cube trays. I would have liked it bigger.
If you leave it on, it keeps making ice cubes and fills up, BUT in 10-15 minutes it DOES NOT keep them cold and they start to melt, so you have to start all over again.
Even though it is indoors and theoretically it should keep them preserved.
IN GENERAL yes. It is an ice machine, yes it works. But for IMMEDIATE consumption.
Οκ.
it makes ice cubes quickly, but even the large size remains small! so they melt quite quickly in the drink. otherwise, it's fair for its price. I put cold water in the tank
Very good, indeed 6 ice cubes every 6 minutes, I really relaxed with the ice cubes, it easily keeps up with 6 people and their drinks all night. I use it as follows: I have a tupperware in the freezer, in about 2 hours I fill it and then I turn off the ice maker. What's the point of making ice cubes and having them melt in the chamber and consuming energy? Just because the ice cubes are a bit wet when you put them in the freezer, they stick together, but you can easily hit them with a knife or spoon and they come apart
Pros:
I liked the small size and the beautiful color of the device — it is elegant and doesn't take up much space.
Cons:
Unfortunately, it doesn't keep the ice cubes in the chamber for long; they melt relatively quickly and the device starts making new ones. Although this is expected, I find the repeat cycle quite frequent.
Additionally, its noise is intense — in an open kitchen-living room space it becomes annoying.
It produces a considerable amount of hot air.
Conclusion:
I would choose it again only for use in a separate kitchen or outdoors, where the noise and heat are not bothersome.
Another little gift from Myrsinaki!!!
Quality plastics and very convenient, I put it in the shop and I don't need a fridge for ice anymore!!
If it had the legend's logo it would be fantastic!
