In systematic frequent intake throughout the day (morning, noon, and night) along with PPi's and Chios Mastic, it has medium-term effects. Personally, I saw more relief in the esophagus than in stomach pain.
Don't take it with meals, take it in between them. It causes stomach cramps and a little gas for a few hours after taking it, but I prefer the relief from heartburn and discomfort it provides.

It really helps with heartburn and indigestion, even when they are caused by pure stress like in my case. However, I found it a bit unpleasant that it doesn't fully dissolve in water and you can tell that you're drinking something with powder inside. Generally, it doesn't have a taste or smell, and it has an effect if you take it diligently two to three times a day (you need several boxes, it doesn't work immediately). I might buy it again at some point. Overall, I recommend it.

Γενικά δεν έχει γεύση ούτε μυρωδιά, έχει αποτέλεσμα αν το πάρεις ευλαβικά δύο με τρεις φορές την ημέρα (χρειάζεσαι αρκετά κουτιά, δεν δρα άμεσα). Μπορεί να το ξανά πάρω κάποια στιγμή.
